Privacy Policy for Mobile Applications

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application [BAMUL] (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural and Ramanagara District Cooperative Milk Producers Society Union Ltd. (BAMUL). The Application is used for indenting of Milk and Milk Products only for registered customers of BAMUL.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

Users are registered through offline procedures. When using the Application, you will be provided:

• Your username and password
• Information you enter into the system while using the Application
• OTP generated for first-time login
• Forgot Password works through OTP generation

Application Features

The Application provides the following features:

1) My Orders

• Indent List and Master Indent Details
• Indent List can be viewed for 15 days

2) Create Indent

Users can view:

• Booking Date, Indent Status, Delivery Date, Shift
• Shipping Address, Order Type, Route Number, Sequence Number
• Milk and Milk Product list with UOM

Products are categorized as: NMP Products, Milk Products, Dairy Sweets, Condiments, Milk & Curd, and Cheese. Indent acceptance is based on stock availability. Users can view indents for 15 days. After creating the indent, the total purchase value will be displayed. The order is booked with a booked order number.

3) My Profile

• Customer Code
• Type of Customer
• Email, Contact Number
• Billing & Shipping Address
• Customer Active Status

Does the Application collect precise real-time location?

This Application does not collect precise location information of your mobile device.

Do third parties have access to information?

We do not disclose User Provided or Automatically Collected Information to third parties.

Opt-out Rights

You can stop using the Application by uninstalling it.

You can also request opt-out by emailing: bamulerp@gmail.com or by visiting the head office for offline procedures.

Data Retention Policy

We retain user data as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time after. Automatically collected information may be kept for up to 24 months.

To request deletion of your data, email bamulerp@gmail.com. Note that some information may be required for proper App functionality.

Children Policy

We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from children under 13. If a parent becomes aware that such information has been shared, please contact us at bamulerp@gmail.com. We will delete it within a reasonable time.

Security

We safeguard your information with physical, electronic, and procedural measures. Only authorized employees/contractors can access the data. However, no system can guarantee 100% security.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Users will be notified via email or text message. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of changes.
